NightSheets – Privacy Policy
Summary
NightSheets does not collect, store on a server, sell or share your data. It changes how Google Docs, Sheets and Slides look on your screen, on your computer. The only network requests the extension itself makes go to ExtensionPay, to check whether you have Pro, and only after you have opened its upgrade, trial or log-in page. There is no analytics or telemetry of any kind.
What the extension does on Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
NightSheets runs only on docs.google.com documents, spreadsheets and presentations. There it adds its
own stylesheet to the page to show a dark theme. It does not read, copy or change the content of your files, and it
does not run on Gmail, Google Forms or any other website. Document content, page addresses (URLs) and your browsing
history are never sent to the developer or to anyone else.

Removing the extension deletes the data it stored in your browser. When you remove it, Chrome opens a short
thank-you page (https://pages.automationglass.com/nightsheets/uninstalled.html); no information about you is
added to that address and the page has no tracking.
Payments (ExtensionPay and Stripe)
NightSheets Pro is sold through ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe to process payments.
- When you click “Upgrade to Pro”, “Try free for 1 day”, “Already paid? Log in” or “Manage or cancel subscription”, ExtensionPay's page opens. Anything you enter there, such as your email address and card details, goes to ExtensionPay and Stripe, not to the extension.
- After that, the extension contacts extensionpay.com with its random licence key to check whether you have Pro. That request contains no document content, URLs or browsing data.
- If you never open those pages, the extension makes no network requests at all.
- The developer can see, in the ExtensionPay dashboard, the email address and payment status of people who have paid or started a trial. The developer never sees card numbers. This information is used only to provide Pro, handle refunds and answer support requests.

What NightSheets does not do
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or telemetry.
- No selling or sharing of data, and no use of data for anything other than the dark theme and providing Pro.
- No remote code: everything the extension runs is included in the package reviewed by the Chrome Web Store.
Children
NightSheets is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
If NightSheets is discontinued
If the extension is removed from the Chrome Web Store, copies already installed keep working with the free features, which need no network. Refunds for Pro remain available on request (see the refund policy).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Changes that affect how data is handled will also be mentioned in the extension's release notes.
