NightSheets – Refund policy
14-day refund, no questions asked
If NightSheets Pro is not right for you, email support@automationglass.com within 14 days of a payment (the first purchase or a yearly renewal) from, or mentioning, the email address you paid with. We will refund that payment in full to the original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.
- Refunds are issued through ExtensionPay/Stripe; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
- After a refund, Pro is switched off for that purchase. The free features keep working.
- A refunded yearly plan is also cancelled, so it does not renew.
- After 14 days, we still consider requests case by case, for example if a Google change broke a Pro feature and we could not fix it.
The free trial
The 1-day trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. It ends by itself.
Cancelling instead
To stop a yearly plan from renewing without a refund, open NightSheets options and click Manage or cancel subscription, or email us. See the terms of sale.
EU/EEA and UK consumers
This promise is in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not limit.
