NightSheets – Terms of sale
Who sells NightSheets
NightSheets is made and sold by AutomationGlass, 416 S Grant Street, South Bend, Indiana, USA (support@automationglass.com). Payments are taken by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) using Stripe; ExtensionPay is the payment processor, not the seller.
What you get for free
Dark mode for Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, a switch for each app, and the Alt+Shift+D keyboard shortcut. The free features have no time limit and need no account.
What NightSheets Pro is
Pro unlocks, in the NightSheets extension on the browsers where you are logged in to ExtensionPay:
- Contrast presets: Soft, High contrast, AAA low-vision and Warm tint.
- A different preset for each app.
- A schedule: on between hours you choose, or from sunset to sunrise.
Prices: $9 per year (renews automatically each year until you cancel) or $19.99 once (lifetime of the product, no renewal). Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them. Taxes may apply.
Free trial
You can try Pro free for 1 day by entering your email address on ExtensionPay's trial page. No card is needed for the trial and it ends by itself; nothing is charged when it ends.
How to cancel
Open the NightSheets options page and click Manage or cancel subscription. On a computer where Pro is not active yet, click Already paid? Log in, enter the email you paid with and follow the link ExtensionPay emails you. You can also email support@automationglass.com and we will cancel for you. After cancelling a yearly plan, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
See the refund policy (14 days, no questions asked, on request by email).
Your rights in the EU/EEA and UK
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have statutory rights that these terms do not limit. NightSheets Pro is digital content supplied immediately after purchase; our 14-day refund promise applies regardless of whether a statutory withdrawal right applies.
The product, and changes by Google
NightSheets is a styling layer over Google's web apps. Google changes those apps from time to time, which can make parts of NightSheets look wrong until we update it. We will try to fix such problems promptly; if we cannot, you can ask for a refund under the refund policy. If NightSheets is discontinued, installed copies keep the free features.
Liability
NightSheets only changes how pages look on your screen and does not change your files. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Indiana, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Contact: support@automationglass.com.
